- We prepare walnut water during the night.
- We put walnut in the water and cover it with a lid.
- We wait until morning.

Lemon treat accelerating metabolism
There is another super recipe that has edema cure, cellulite remover and metabolism accelerating properties: Lemon detox! You can drink it for the whole day but you need to reprepare it with new materials every day.
- 1 liter water at room temperature
- 1 lemon
- 1 cucumber
- 10 sheets of fresh mint
- Slice the lemon and the cucumber
- Wash the fresh mints with plenty of water and siphon it.
